This floor looks really good. It has the appearance of laminate flooring but is tough and scratch resistant. I have this on my dining room floor and it is really easy to clean up spills. A major advantage of this flooring is that it's really flexible and so goes down on uneven floors. The dip in my floor is quite significant - at least 3cm, but there was no issue with installation. Highly recommended!

Excellent product at a great price. Arrived when promised and a very easy job for a decent DIY'er to lay the flooring and achieve a good finis. Would highly recommend to others.
Very nice flooring indeed. Bought 92m2 of it and have laid half it already. Easy to lay, easy to clean and feels great to walk on. So much cleaner & softer for kids to play on. I laid half of mine on latex`d floor and other half on 5mm ply which I screwed to floorboards to give a level surface. Make sure you use a laminate flooring hammering tool to get the boards nice & click and you definitely need a LVT Click hand roller to click the joints in. Time will tell how it lasts, but hopefully it will be long lasting.
Nice quality flooring and good service.
Brilliant, easy to lay and looks fantastic.
Saw the samples in Carpet World Hinkley Sales adviser was very helpful in helping us choose the right flooring The vinyl flooring was easy to lay First class flooring at a competitive price
Good quality & looks very nice when laid. Thank you
Excellent quality but don’t be surprised if the name on the box is not ‘White Oak’
Dissapointed hard to click together
Delivery arrangements very good, product looks good and easy to cut/fit
I expected this flooring to be of a high quality and easy to install. I'm glad to say both are true. It's easy to cut (watched the youtube video) and so easy to put together a really good finish to the floor. Delivery was as expected and my address was checked by a phone call from Factory Direct Flooring and was told what to expect on the delivery day.
Still laying but appears to be well made and good quality. Fast delivery and very understanding when I confessed to having 'runout' and needed another pack. They did not even laugh, which was impressive. Tom

I am very interested in having vinyl click tiles in my new kitchen. However, I have read some reviews on other sites where people have said that the click tiles come apart after time and move about. Can you please advise me.
From my experiences, I have received very little complaints in regards to this flooring coming up after a period of time.
As long as all precautions are made, such as having a level subfloor, enough expansion and they are installed right, then there should be no reasons why it should be affected long term.

I live in a 1st floor flat where you cannot use wood/laminate flooring because of noise, would this product be suitable ie. is it soft and pliable like vinyl or rigid like wood?
This product you are mentioning is a vinyl floor itself, so it will be soft and flexible.

Do you need underlay with this product? I have just taken up some existing laminate floor and have a silver underlay already down - it is being layed onto solid downstairs floors .
We wouldn't recommend using a laminate underlay with click vinyl. We only supply two click vinyl underlays as shown on our website ( see link below )
The underlays on the link above are the only 2 we would advise to use. You can install them directly onto the subfloor providing that the subfloor is smooth, solid and flat you don't have to use an acoustic underlay.
If you require any further information on the right underlay or subfloor preparation, please contact our customer service team on 0330 100 0015.
