Can kitchen units and kitchen island with granite work tops be fitted directly on top of the flooring?
Hi,
No is the general answer as this would affect the expansion, basically treat any kitchen islands as you would a wall and allow adequate expansion around the perimeter, this will ensure the product can expand and contract as designed.

We currently have laminate and its quite loud when walking on it, its nothing to do with the subfloor or installation but due to the amount of joints that it makes a crackling noise when walking on it. Would LVT do this also ?
Hi,
If the floor "crackles" as you walk over it, this is a sign that it is moving, the noise is the joints rubbing together.
If any type of decorative flooring products are not adequately supported underneath, they will move and make a noise.

Can this be installed on underfloor heating?
Hi,
Yes it can
Underfloor Heating
We can recommend water based underfloor heating
systems be used with Aqua Plank Ultra flooring with a
temperature not exceeding 27°C and an average running
of 20°C. The heating must be turned off 48hrs prior to
installation and once the flooring has been installed turned
on with an increase in working temperature of 5°C per day
until normal operating temperature has been reached.
Water Based heating pipes are to be fitted a minimum of
30mm below the subfloor surface and electric based
cables and grids a minimum of 10mm.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you'll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can't ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made 'kerb side' and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

This flooring looks lovely when laid. The only issue is, if you've a irregular sized room filled with wee nooks then it's a bit of a nightmare given the order you need to lay these tiles. That aside, the only downside is that quite a few of the herringbone planks in the boxes I purchased had defects (chips to the edges of the planks and broken edges on the britle click sections were fairly common, and I even had one plank in a box which had really significant damage/scratches to the surface). These were clearly quality control issues rather than damage in transit. Out of 8 boxes of tiles I had about 10 tiles that were duds and couldn't be used.
