This product is suitable for pets yes, they do have a protective layer on them which offers a resistance to scuffs and scrapes but this doesn't make them scratchproof.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £34.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Laid this on 2mm budget foam underlay and used the occasional plastic spacer to bridge transition areas/doorways where needed. We fitted this straight through the lounge (with wooden floor boards) dining room & kitchen (concrete) in a typical terrace house. It looks and settled brilliantly. Excellent quality and value for money. Cuts well and easy to work with. Easy to maintain and look after. Didn’t even need to go under or remove skirts as it fitted up so nicely. Highly recommended product and service from this company.

Our original choice was out of stock so we switched to an alternative with with no issues, communication was good through out. There was a bit of a mix up over collection times but again, they were very accommodating and I would happily use them again .

Just wanted to say I had excellent service from Simon and the rest of the team at Factory Direct Flooring. Firstly they contacted me to advise that I had selected the wrong underlay for the click flooring, which they allowed me to change. They also arranged a next day Saturday AM delivery (yes in the middle of a pandemic and snow!) It meant I could get the job finished at least a week earlier. The floor is down and looks amazing. Excellent value and so polite even when I was being a pain!

Really happy with my luxury vinyl flooring. I got dark oak.. and whilst I don't think it's particularly dark, and perhaps it was just me assuming it would be darker... the actual product was easy to fit (according to my builders) and feels nice to walk on underfoot. It does have grooves designed into it to make it look like real wood, despite being waterproof - and people have a hard time telling if it's real. I had a tiny issue with delivery, some of the planks got damaged on the pallet drop off (so do check when delivered), but the customer service team was really helpful in organising a replacement for the damaged goods, so have been recommending them to my friends :) Would happily buy from again
