There are 8 vinyl planks included in each pack. They measure 1220mm long, 180mm wide and 4mm thick. A 0.30mm wear layer is included, adding excellent protection against scratches and scuffs. Each plank is fitted with a click system. This allows you to simply click and drop the planks into place, guaranteeing a fast, easy installation. You can boost the comfort of the floor by installing it with underfloor heating.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £34.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Finally the type of flooring I was looking for and at a reasonable price too! Perhaps a bit lighter than I was looking for as it's always difficult to tell from an online photo, but that pattern is good and I'm sure it will wear well. Quick delivery.

2nd order of the Aqua Plank Acacia Oak LVT, really nice flooring is easy to keep clean and looks great. We have the same in 3 rooms and 1 more to go so will be back for more soon.

Good product easy to work with. Big improvement on kitchen floor makes it look like a new room. Excilent protection and easy clean from wet border collie too Only issue quite brittle if need to readjust any planks so probably more my fault than the product. Just gave extra star on reflection. Will be ordering more for hall soon.

Very brittle at the joints. I thought I had bought the same as my previous order. Too late to return so had to use it. Cracks very easily.
