The outstanding rustic grade Abbey Torre 14mm Coffee Oak Engineered Flooring is a fabulous choice for the living room. With deep, warm tones and a striking antique design, this floor is exceptionally hard wearing. With a 15 year guarantee, you can be sure this floor will put up with a lot of daily wear and tear. Available at a low manageable cost, luxury has never been so affordable.
This particular floor has a lacquer finish, increasing its durability. Measuring 14mm thick with a 3mm wear layer, it feels really solid underfoot. Plank lengths vary but they measure 125mm in width. You should find it simple to fit thanks to its tongue and groove system. We do offer thorough instructions underneath the installations tab for those who need them however.

Yes we do supply hardwood nosing, you can select "floor colour" when you order online, this will then be matched to any previous orders, we will check the colour with you before sending the items out.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £34.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Flooring good delivery not so good, had a relative stay at mine all day, no delivery, requested a time from direct flooring for the following day but no communication, so had to have someone there most of the following day.

Flooring was ordered on the Sunday and turned up the next Wednesday, very good. All the order turned up together and was in excellent condition, floor was very easy to lay and had very little wastage. Floor looks great however this means I now have to do the hall. Great product and service.

Writing this review when I’m about 1/2 way through laying the 50sqm or so that I purchased. Lounge completed to date. So far I am thrilled with it. Superb quality and an excellent price. Everyone who has seen it has been impressed. I’ve laid a number of timber floors from different suppliers in the past. Laminate, click lock, and engineered. This is definitely amongst the best of them. Good thick board, nice quality veneer and excellent colour. So far I have only found one board with a tiny chip in the corner and one that had a surface that shouldn’t really have passed QC as it was quite deeply scored and rough (naturally so, not damaged). Other than that all perfect. Delivery arrived on schedule though a timed delivery would have been nice (I know you can pay more and get this but most couriers do this as standard these days). If I’d known he was arriving I wouldn’t have just started wallpapering and then have to frantically scrape paste off the wall before it went off! Driver was very helpful and even asked me to move my car so that he could get the pallets nearer to my front door. Easy to lay. All joints go together tightly. No issues at all on that score. Can’t fault it really. As with any dark colour be prepared to maintain it. All dark colours show the slightest scratches but past experience with these has taught me to relax and let it naturally wear in, scratches and all. Any deeper ones just fill in with those repair crayons available, and fit felt pads to any furniture that may move. Toolstation do a really nice quality pack for about £4. Much better than the cheap thin ones. Looking forward to competing the rest of the ground floor. Would use again without hesitation.

Geate flooring and good quality very easy to install looks great
I cannot recommend this flooring enough. My parents have a near identical engineered wooden floor in their similar sized lounge and paid four times the price. Such great value for money. Our of 16 packs, only had 2 planks that were too damaged to use, which is much fewer than I've read is the norm. Very easy to fit - did the whole floor myself (no experience of this before, but plenty of guidance online for floating installation). The sample looks nearly black, but the overall effect is very true to the photo. The fact that it comes in different lengths is very handy to have a rustic, random pattern result. 5 stars.
Good for the price. It laid well, and joints all closed nicely. Be aware that the colour does not penetrate very far into the wood, so any scratches or scuffs show up immediately.

Although the tongue and groove is a bit on the small side, the quality is very very high, which was a great surpise considering its cost was nearly the same as laminate. We spent a lot of time looking (around 30 samples ordered from different companies) and the look for us was the best and once laid the floor looks absolutely stunning and appears like a very expensive wood. My carpenter also couldn't believe the price. No marks have appeared after a couple of weeks of use, but I will wait and see after a year. So I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this to everyone.
