  • 18mm Thickness

Dark and sumptuous, the fantastic Abbey Quin Coffee Oak Rustic Solid Wood Flooring is one of the most prestigious floors in our collection. Backed by a sensational 20 year guarantee, the floor is not only designed to look good, but it is also built to last. Everyday wear and tear is no match for this 18mm deep floor. Manufactured from outstanding rustic grade solid wood, it features authentic, natural flaws such as sapwood and knots.

Being solid wood, this floor isn’t suitable for use alongside underfloor heating. It is however, very easy to install. This floor is supplied in random lengths between 300mm – 1200mm. It also benefits from a great brushed matt lacquer coating for added protection.

What’s not to love about this fabulous floor? If you do have any queries or you’re looking for advice on which type of flooring would suit your home, call us today.

Ask a question

Our experts will answer it

Can this be layed on a solid concrete floor also, I'm assuming it will need a premier underlay.

Hello,

This can be used on a concrete subfloor, and an underlay with a vapour or moisture barrier built in would be required.

Kind regards,

Hi,
I have a new chipboard floor and insulated.
I have woodburner being installed shortly in the room I wish to cover
with oak flooring .Will the Abby Quinn coffee 125mm be ok with this ,and do I require any underlay?
Also, do the joints require gluing
Many thanks
Leon

Giving advice without seeing a room is difficult but what will suggest is that your floor should be flat and smooth, dry and controlled. When installing solid wood flooring over chipboard the is really only two options for installation, the first is our solid wood flooring preglued underlay amd the other would be to plyboard the floor with 6mm and spread wood flooring adhesive.
We would always suggest reading our installation instructions prior to purchasing any flooring.

Delivery Details

We know how important a flooring purchase can be, which is why we pride ourselves on providing a quick and professional delivery service to all our customers.

When will my order arrive?

Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.

How much will my delivery cost?

For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.

Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?

If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.

If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.

Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.

What else do I need to do?

All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

The quality of most of the boards was excellent, and the finish perfect and durable. A few slightly miss-cut boards made it interesting (for an amateur) laying them, but they were limited in number.
