Delivery Information

Factory Direct Flooring operates and supplies to the UK only. If you are purchasing from abroad, please call us for more information.

All orders that exceed £350 (Before VAT) will be delivered Free of Charge to the UK. For Flooring Orders below £350, we charge a flat rate delivery of £29.95.

Deliveries can be anytime between 9am-5pm. If you need to request a specific time for delivery, you may need to pay a premium. If we need to re-deliver, there may be a charge dependant on the quantity of goods and location.

It is advised that all customers check there is access for up to a 40' vehicle. If you think this may be restricted for parking, stopping or delivery then please inform us so we can arrange another vehicle more suitable to deliver your goods.

Our drivers are only legally bound to unload the goods from the vehicle and are not insured to carry goods up stairs or take them inside your house. If you think you may need a hand with lifting and carrying the goods, you will need to pre-arrange someone to do so.

Refunds & Returns Policy

We will accept back orders if they are unopened, you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery (7 day cooling off period)

All monies including the original delivery cost are refunded if the goods are cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period.

The goods should be returned back to us and the cost of delivery will need to be covered by you. The goods should be returned back to us and the cost of both inward and outward delivery will need to be met by you.

All goods must be re-packed as they were received. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase, within 7 days of cancellation.

Please review your order form to confirm that you have ordered the correct goods to avoid any misunderstanding. Paid orders that are cancelled less than 24hrs before delivery will be subject to an administration charge of 5% and possibly a delivery charge if the goods have been dispatched already.

Delivery costs can only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.

Before installing the boards all reasonable care should be taken to ensure that ALL the boards are flawless. We will not accept claims for damaged or faulty items once the flooring has been laid. Once the goods have began installation or have been used in any other way it will be taken as conclusive evidence that the buyer has accepted that ALL goods are in good order. You must accept full responsibility for the suitability of the goods ordered for the purpose to which they are put to use.
