How To Pay

If you choose to order your wood flooring from Factory Direct Flooring then you will find that we try to be as flexible as possible in our payment options. We fully understand that everyone is different and has different needs. As such, we do offer a range of payment options for our high quality wood flooring.

As a customer oriented company, we do try to offer a range of options where possible and those currently available are outlined below, complete with the terms attached to each payment method:

Credit/Debit Card

We offer facilities that enable us to accept all major credit and debit cards as payment for wood flooring. This method can be used via our online ordering system, over the telephone or via faxing your details to us. As such, we ensure that sing a credit or debit card is as convenient for you as possible, as well as thoroughly secure.

For credit and debit card payments we use a secure server to ensure maximum privacy and security for your details and peace of mind for you. All credit and debit card details are fully encrypted and stored in a secure machine that requires proprietary software in addition to the

decryption algorithm for access. As such, our system is designed to give you peace of mind.

Paypal/Google Checkout

We now accept both Paypal and Google Checkout as payment options if you prefer using online payment systems that allow you to store your details with them instead of offering them directly to us. Both options are extremely secure and will ensure your privacy.

Paying By Cheque

Unlike many other companies out there, we are also aware that some of our wood flooring customers would prefer to pay via cheque rather than card. As such, you can also send us a cheque after purchasing. However, you should be fully aware that we do wait for the cheque to clear before dispatching your order and that can take up to 7 days. Your wood flooring order will be processed and dispatched as soon as your cheque is cleared.

Deposit Options

Your final wood flooring payment option is putting a deposit of 30% of your order total down with a view to completing payment in full at a later date. We will hold any product at it’s current price for up to one calendar month if a deposit is given providing that the remaining order balance is paid in full when a delivery date is arranged or a special order is confirmed.

Please note that any deposit placed on wood flooring is viewed as a binding contract to purchase. Should you cancel your order at a later date your deposit will be non-refundable. This is applicable to both special orders and stocked items of wood flooring.
