Factory Direct Flooring is a limited company that operates out of one central location. Unlike many other similar wood flooring and home services companies that do have a call centre and office abroad, we only operate out of the UK, thus making our services far more accessible to the general public. This enables us to help our customers as and when any questions, queries and needs for general help and advice arise.
