Wood flooring with a micro bevel edge appears to give each board a little definition because the edges of the board are slightly rounded. It looks slightly different and feels that way underfoot too but it gives the flooring a classy finish.
Full Bevel Edge/V Groove
Instead of a slight rounding to the top edge of the board, a full bevel is more defined along the edge so that the joints between wood flooring boards are more pronounced both visually and in terms of the feel. This adds more depth, dimension and a specific but unique look.
