Distribution Centre

Like most large UK wood flooring and home services companies, we maintain a distribution centre that is close to our head office facility. This allows us to coordinate our service and sales team with the provision of stock via regular and special orders. We feel that the proximity and size of our established business allows us to better serve your needs so we can get our wood flooring, laminate wood flooring, engineered wood flooring, click wood flooring and solid wood flooring to you as and when you need it.

Factory Direct Flooring has a large holding stock at any given time to ensure that we can fulfil the majority of wood flooring orders as and when they arrive. It is kept and dispatched from our distribution centre. You can also choose to collect it if you so wish.

Upon collection of any wood flooring order that you may have placed, you will need to quote your order number to ensure that we fulfil your order in full. We also require a print out of your order for confirmation purposes.

All returns should also be made to our distribution centre but only after contacting our Head Office. No returns should be made or will be accepted without first confirming your return with our Head Office. This is because we need the paperwork to complete the return and refund in advance.
